I recently discovered this new workout dvd from Bob Greene. I was a bit skeptical, but I love it! I am only in week 2, but the work isn't too hard and I feel great results.
It's an 8 week long plan and I'm looking forward to it!
1. Learn to make French croissants 2. Ride in a hot air balloon 3. Visit NYC 4. Make all recipes in Josi Kilpack's Culinary Mystery Series 5. Visit Mackinac Island, MI 6. 23. Grow my hair long and donate it
